硅素肥料降低重金属毒性和减少重金属在植物体内积累的研究报道尚不多见。因此,开展这一领域的研究工作,将为合理应用硅素肥料修复、利用被重金属污染的土壤提供重要的理论依据。试验通过对辽宁不同地区水稻土施加钢渣,来研究钢渣对土壤吸附镉的影响。试验结果表明:施用钢渣能够增加大石桥、辽中、抚顺地区土壤对镉的吸附能力,而对盘锦、康平、苏家屯地区吸附能力影响不大;土壤对镉的等温吸附曲线,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程和Frendlich等温吸附方程,且加入钢渣前后,最大吸附量和吸附常数在不同程度上发生变化。 相似文献

A field inoculation experiment using two Bradyrhizobium sp. strains was set up in Madagascar to test the growth response of Acacia mangium and to follow up the survival of inoculant strains using molecular tools. Three months after inoculation, one of the inoculant strains, AUST13c, exhibited a marked growth-promoting effect with a shoot height about 40% higher than that of the uninoculated control plants or TEL8-inoculated plants. The positive effect on tree growth initially observed with AUST13c was no more significant 6 months after transfer to the field and disappeared completely at 13 and 19 months. Analyses of nodule bacterial rRNA by PCR/RFLP displayed an early contamination of the different inoculation treatments by AUST13c 3 months after inoculation, spreading to almost all nodules of the trial 6 months later. This work clearly demonstrated that the progressive reduction of the positive effect of AUST13c inoculation on tree growth after field transplanting was not due to a progressive disappearance of this introduced strain but, on the contrary, was related to the widening spreading of AUST13c in all the plots. Flavoring is used in the food industry to reinforce the aroma profile of baked cereal goods. During the processing of such products, interactions between starch and aroma compounds can occur, and this may have an impact on aroma release and perception. In the present study, 20 aroma compounds were tested to establish whether they formed complexes with amylose. The structure of the complexes was determined by wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). A cocomplexation study proved that several complexing compounds could be present in the same crystalline aggregate. WAXS and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) experiments were performed in a flavored model sponge cake at different steps of processing and showed that aroma compounds might form complexes with amylose in a sponge cake as they can do in simple system containing only amylose. Some of the aroma compounds trapped in the sponge cake were quantified, and their release behavior was followed by headspace analysis. The V-type structure could partly explain aroma retention in the product and the rate of aroma release. 相似文献

In Spain, there are more than 250,000 tractors built before 1980, when it became mandatory for all new tractors to be equipped with a rollover protective structure (ROPS). A similar situation is found in the European Union, but the situation is worse in the U.S. and in developing countries. Directive 2003/37/EEC establishes that tractors over 800 kg weight can be homologated by using the OECD standard code for the official testing of protective structures on agricultural and forestry tractors (static test), called Code 4. A ROPS attachable to the rear axle of different tractor models has been designed, and a computer program for the calculation of the ROPS design has been developed. The program, named ESTREMA, is available at: www.cfnavarra.es/insl. Using this program, it has been possible to design a ROPS for the Massey Ferguson model 178 tractor, one of the most common tractor models without a ROPS in Spain. After the tractor was equipped with the designed ROPS, it was tested at the Spanish Authorized Station for testing ROPS and passed the homologation test (OECD Code 4), the main results being a maximum distortion of 21.3 cm when the absorbed energy was 5437 N and the maximum force applied was 34 kN during loading from the side. The ROPS was improved, redesigned, and remounted on the tractor, the tractor was tested in a real overturn, and no part of the structure intruded on the driver's clearance zone during the test. In conclusion, the ESTREMA program worked correctly, and the designed ROPS was able to pass the authorized test and provide adequate protection to the operator during a real overturn. 相似文献

Brazil nuts have been classified as the foodstuffs that contain the highest level of unadulterated selenium, an essential trace element that appears to prevent cancer. To date, characterization of the selenium species in brazil nuts has not yet been investigated. In this work, various sample preparation approaches, including microwave extractions and enzymatic treatments, are examined with the goal of species preservation and subsequent selenium speciation; of these approaches, an enzymatic treatment with Proteinase K proved most effective. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separation strategies and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) detection schemes will also be presented. Extracts are evaluated against available standards for the commercially obtainable seleno-amino acids, selenomethionine (SeMet), selenoethionine (SeEt), and selenocystine (SeCys); selenomethionine was demonstrated to be the most abundant of these seleno-amino acids. Further characterization of unidentified selenium-containing peaks is attempted by the employment of several procedures, including electrospray-mass spectrometry (ES-MS). A peptide structure was identified; however, this was considered a tentative proposal due to the large background produced by the extremely complicated brazil nut matrix. 相似文献

The reduction of Tempol by ascorbic acid in concentrated sucrose solutions was measured by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) at temperatures ranging from 16 to -16 degrees C. This method allowed the determination of the rate constants (k) of this fast reaction, by recording the Tempol reduction as a function of time. The two reactants were initially separated and had to migrate for the reaction to occur. The experimental findings were compared with predicted values according to the equation for diffusion-controlled reaction proposed by Atkins. The experimental reaction rate constants were observed to be lower than the calculated ones. However, the experimental values were found to be controlled by the temperature and viscosity changes of the reaction media, as expected for a diffusion-controlled reaction. 相似文献

In contrast to many foods, very little is known about the aroma of fresh oysters. This study deals with the relationship between extracted volatiles of oysters and their olfactory properties. Nearly 50 volatiles were identified: most of them were principally related to fatty acid oxidation (86%) and particularly to n-3 polyunstaturated fatty acid oxidation (66%). Only one volatile arose from amino acid degradation. Panelists detected 42 odors by sniffing. Among them, only 12 odors were definitely attributed to identified volatile. These odors were green/sulfur/crustacean, mushroom/citrus, and marine/cucumber notes and were attributed to dimethyl sulfide, 1-penten-3-one, hexanal, (2,4)-E,E-heptadienal, 1-octen-3-one, 1-octen-3-ol, 6-methyl-5-hepten-3-one, octanal, (E,Z)-2,6-nonadienal, (E)-2-octenal, and decanal, respectively. 相似文献

Further studies on mussel samples from Galicia, Spain, have revealed the presence of okadaic acid (OA), dinophysistoxin 2 (DTX2), and the fatty acid acyl esters of both of these toxins as the "DTX3" complex. Measurements were performed with an improved in situ method for the formation of 9-anthryldiazomethane (ADAM) derivatives followed by liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Base hydrolysis of DTX3 toxins gave free OA and DTX2, which were determined following ADAM derivatization. Results were confirmed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses, and in most of the samples, free DTX2 was the most abundant toxin. However, the OA/DTX2 ratio in the DTX3 conjugated form was different, with OA being the most abundant in all cases. This difference could be due to different rates of metabolism of OA and DTX2 to the acyl esters or due to contamination of the shellfish by the two toxins at different points in time, resulting in less acyl ester formation for one toxin versus the other. The second possibility would be reasonable if two different source organisms were producing the toxins. 相似文献
